About Us

Vicki Alton started Photo-Video Productions in 1982, specializing in both corporate and personal video services. In 1996 she merged with Dream Street Productions. Upon her partner’s retirement, she expanded her studio to a new location and renamed the business Digital Media Group.

She serves on the Camcorder Advisory Board of the Wedding and Event Videography Association and is one of the persons directly responsible for the cameras that the professional industry is using today. She is a certified corporate and event videographer and is the current president of the Professional Videographers Association of Connecticut. Alton’s client list is long and impressive, including businesses like Rolex Watch and actress June Havoc.

She has won many awards over the years including a Telly Award, The Videographer Award and in 2003 was inducted into the Wedding and Event Videographers Association International Hall of Fame.
